At present we are setting up an online shop. All items can be ordered over the phone or by email.

Please call or email our office to place an order or ask for advice on what type of equipment suits your needs. Please refer to link above for information on equipment and to download a product list. Payments may be made over the phone by credit card.

We use SSL/TLS technology so that your data is encrypted when sent to us, ensuring a safe, secure transaction. Payments made through Paypal ensure that your data is safe and will not be shared with us. We do not store credit card information taken for payments over the phone.

We are able to provide advice and tailor equipment according customers needs. Please call or email our office for advice or to discuss the type of equipment that best suits your needs.

Online orders are despatched via Australia Post. We charge flat rate shipping according to each item. Shipping rates are listed in the online shop for each item. Larger or bulkier items ordered by phone may be shipped via other courier services depending on your location.

All prices listed are GST inclusive. GST will be itemised on your invoice.

Please call or email our office if for any reason you are not satisfied and we will endeavour to look after you as best we can. Any refunds may be made by reversing the original sale through Paypal or credit card.

Most species are available during winter and spring.

Our current retail stock list and pricing schedule is updated throughout the season according to stock levels and is available to view here. Availability is subject to change without notice.

If you require something specific we recommend placing a forward order to guarantee order fulfilment. We request forward orders to be placed by end of October/November for the following winter/spring. Deposits are payable on forward orders.

Orders may be placed at the nursery over the phone, by email or in person.

We request that you contact us to organise a pickup date so that your order will be ready for collection.

Payment is requested on order pickup. Payment may be made by EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa, cash or cheque on day of collection. A bank transfer may be paid prior to collection.

Trays remain the property of Arborline, to be returned as soon as possible.

GST is payable on all orders and will be itemised on your invoice.
